we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and

At the Tremont Courts by Concordia Homes® Web site, you can view our products, request
information, and gather information about purchasing one of our homes,
including tips on moving, home design and customer home care service.

cellular telephone numbers, fax number, household income, your occupation
and information about your interests in and use of various products and

At certain parts of our Web site, only persons who provide us with the

policies, as we have no control over information that is submitted to,

information concerning home financing, design, insurance and title) that

of these relationships, the third parties may obtain personally identifiable
information that visitors voluntarily submit to participate in the site
activity. We have no control over these third parties' use of this information.
At some Tremont Courts by Concordia Homes® Web sites, reputable third parties may present

Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically in
order to stay apprised of our current privacy practices. Users will also
be notified of material changes by the use of informative pop-up windows.
